Winamac Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Winamac, IN is currently searching for an experienced and skilled Service/Parts Advisor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and write customer up in a timely manner.
• Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues.
• Answer phone calls.
• Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle and update customers frequently.
• Participate in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as appropriate.
• Review Repair Orders to insure work is completed.
• Schedule service appointments.
• Assist technicians by looking up parts needed for vehicle repair.
• Tracking all incoming or outgoing parts.
• Locate available parts when the dealership is out of stock.
• Assist the Service Manager in processing warranty claims.
• Assist the Service Manager in processing all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous Service or Parts Advisor experience required.
• Valid Drivers License
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
